Minimum Qualifications
To qualify for this role, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Education: A Diploma in one of the following fields or equivalent from a recognized institution:
- Computer Science
- Information Communication Technology

Key Responsibilities
As an entry-level ICT Assistant, the successful candidates will work under the supervision of a senior officer and will be responsible for:
- Implementing ICT policies, strategies, regulations, standards, and guidelines.
- Collecting ICT operational data.
- Installing and configuring ICT end-user devices.
- Installing, updating, and configuring operating systems and applications.
- Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and solving network, software, and hardware issues.
- Repairing and maintaining ICT equipment and associated peripherals.
- Monitoring the performance of ICT equipment.
